If you register or apply to become a mentor, we may collect:

Where appropriate, we may verify mentor information before approving a mentor profile.

Mentors must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable Claripath policies and mentor conduct requirements.

3.5 Student–Mentor Interaction Information

When a student connects with or communicates with a mentor through Claripath, we may process information necessary to facilitate that relationship, including:

  • Student and mentor profile information;
  • Career interests;
  • Relevant assessment results;
  • Messages or communications sent through the platform;
  • Appointment or session information;
  • Feedback and ratings;
  • Support requests;
  • Reports or complaints relating to interactions.

We only intend to share information with a mentor that is reasonably necessary to facilitate the mentoring relationship or that the student has chosen to provide.

Users should not share sensitive personal information with mentors unless it is necessary and appropriate for the mentoring service.

Claripath may restrict, suspend, or terminate mentor access where we identify conduct that violates our policies, threatens user safety, or breaches applicable law.

3.6 Payment Information

For paid services, subscriptions, consultations, or mentor-related services, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or other payment processors we may use in the future.

When you make a payment:

  • You may be redirected to or interact with a secure payment interface operated by the payment provider;
  • We generally do not store full credit or debit card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI credentials, or banking passwords on our own servers;
